What you’ll work on

  • Designing and implementing motion detection and lightweight tracking algorithms for edge deployment.

  • Writing robust, production-ready Python code.

  • Optimizing performance where every millisecond counts (C++ a plus).

  • Deploying vision models onto constrained hardware.

  • Testing in real-world conditions (yes, you’ll get to work with drones directly).

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Python skills.

  • Solid grounding in computer vision, motion detection, and tracking.

  • Comfortable working close to hardware and optimizing for performance.

  • A builder’s mindset: resourceful, hands-on, and able to own problems end-to-end.

Nice to have

  • Experience with drones (bonus points if you’ve built your own).

  • Background in defense tech or genuine interest in it.

  • C++ experience.

  • Startup experience or appetite for it.
