Trusk Technology B.V. ("Trusk", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we collect and why
2.1 Job applications
When you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect the following information via our application form:
First and last name
Email address and phone number
LinkedIn profile URL
Location
Years of work experience
Your answers to role-specific questions (motivation, relevant experience, fit)
Preferred secondary benefits
Availability / notice period
Any information you voluntarily disclose in relation to a security background check
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in assessing candidates for open roles (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For any information relating to a security background check, we process this solely on the basis of information you voluntarily provide, and we handle it with additional care.
Retention: We retain application data for 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, your data is permanently deleted. If you are offered and accept a role, your data is transferred to your personnel file and a separate retention policy applies.
2.2 Demo requests
Our "Book a demo" link opens an email to contact@trusk.tech. Any personal data included in that email (such as your name, company, and contact details) is used solely to respond to your request and arrange a demonstration.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in responding to inbound commercial enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: We retain email correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or interest remains active, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
2.3 Website hosting
Our website is hosted via Framer. Framer may process technical data such as IP addresses and device information as part of standard web hosting operations.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in operating a functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who we share your data with
We use the following third-party processors to operate our website and recruitment process:

Data portability where processing is based on consent or contract

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
5. Cookies
Our website uses only the functional cookies set by Framer necessary to serve the site. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
